Project Experience
Solar Energy
Projects include assessment, permit mapping, AutoCAD conversion, and calculating wetland and constructability impacts on proposed facility installations. AutoCAD files are imported into GIS to spatially map proposed facility layouts with field delineated environmental resources. This allows the team to evaluate potential impacts to sensitive environmental resources and modify the facility layout to reduce environmental impacts while still achieving project energy goals.
Electric Transmission Corridors
GIS map books are prepared for field crews to use to evaluate project needs within electric transmission line corridors. GIS mapping is maintained throughout the project and used for general maintenance and submissions to permitting agencies. Map sets depict wetland and constructability impacts on proposed structure replacements/upgrades to existing right-of-way or new right-of-way development. Our unique GIS and AutoCAD integration, customized map layout, and symbology has become the industry map standard in New England.

Telecommunication Facilities
GIS is utilized to spatially evaluate proposed wireless telecommunications facility locations and analyze potential environmental, historic, and cultural impacts that may result from the construction of a new facility.
